Rakija is produced from the quince fruits out of our orchard, using the traditional methods, double distilled in the copper pot still.
LAVISHNESS OF FLAVOUR AND SCENT

Natural fruit scent and flavour of quince brandy are the results of traditional production combined with modern methods of tracking the fruit quality, fermentation and distillation.

RIPE FRUIT
Fermentation is made only with fresh and ripe, hand-picked quinces from our orchard, without any additives.

DOUBLE DISTILLED
Distillation process is carried in a traditional way, using a classic copper still pot, with cooler and heatpipe.

maturing
At the end of each production year, rakija is maturing in a stainless steel tank before bottling, in order to harmonize the flavor and scent.

Quality
Premium product of our distillery is bottled in glass bottles of high quality, in order to preserve the quality of rakija.
HECTAR
Our orchard in Fruška Gora provides premium quality fruit for rakija production.
QUINCE TREES
Quince from our orchard is the only ingredient for the production of rakija.
KILOGRAM
Of healthy and ripe, hand-picked quinces are contained in one bottle of the drink.
